How long is each session?

Sessions are typically 60 or 90 minutes, depending on your needs and preferences. We recommend 90 minutes for more comprehensive treatment.

What should I wear to my appointment?

You can wear comfortable clothes. Most treatments are performed directly on the skin with proper draping, but we respect your comfort level at all times.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide an invoice for reimbursement if your provider covers out-of-network massage therapy.

How soon after an injury can I get a massage?

It depends on the severity of your injury. We recommend consulting your physician first. For soft tissue injuries, massage may be appropriate within a few days to a week.
